Former Governor of Akwa Ibom State and
Senate Minority Leader, Godswill Akpabio, has reportedly been arrested
by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
He is being interrogated over an alleged
N101.8billion fraud, mismanagement of state funds, and plunging the
state into huge indebtedness.
Sources say he was arrested at about 5.20 pm and wa accompanied by a few aides.
